We are leaders in the practise of Intellectual Property (IP) law. Our managing partner is a globally recognized expert in IP. We have carried out numerous briefs and advisories in respect of trade and service marks, copyright, patent, trade secrets, personality rights, traditional knowledge and traditional cultural expressions, among other aspects of IP.
Our notable work in this regard has included registration of IP rights in Kenya, Africa and globally; legal opinions to foreign companies on protecting their IP in Kenya and Africa; and advice on IP rights in multilateral trade agreements.
