We provide key legal advice in the area of international law including international humanitarian law and international criminal law.
Our managing partner offered specialised legal consultancy services in respect of the President of the Republic of Kenya’s case at the International Criminal Court (The Prosecutor v. Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta ICC-01/09-02/11).
We have provided legal advice to the Attorney General of the Republic of Kenya and the Kenyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs in respect of the international maritime dispute between the Republic of Kenya and the Federal Republic of Somalia at the International Court of Justice.
We have also advised individuals facing international sanctions on the accusation of breaches of public international law.
